             PERSONAL HYGIENE AND GOOD MANNER.

 Personal hygiene refers to maintaining cleanliness of one's body and clothing to preserve overall health and well-being. It includes a number of different activities related to the following general areas of self-care: washing or bathing, including cleansing oneself after using the toilet, taking proper care of the mouth; grooming and dressing; and keeping clothing clean. Also Personal hygiene is refers to cleanliness and good manner   refer to the socially acceptable behavior.

        PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL HYGIENE

·    1 Washing the body often. If possible, everybody should have a shower or a bath every day. However, there may be times when this is not possible, for example, when people are out camping or there is a shortage of water.



·   2 Cleaning the teeth at least once a day. Brushing the teeth after each meal is the best way of making sure that gum disease and tooth decay are avoided. It is very important to clean teeth after breakfast and immediately before going to bed.



·       3. Washing the hair with soap or shampoo at least once a week.




·       4 . Washing hands with soap after going to the toilet.



·       5  Washing hands with soap before preparing and/or eating food. During normal daily activities, such as working and playing, disease causing germs may get onto the hands and under the nails. If the germs are not washed off before preparing food or eating, they may get onto the food.



·    6 Changing into clean clothes. Dirty clothes should be washed with laundry soap before wearing them again.


·      7   Changing clothes in the sun to dry. The sun's rays will kill some disease-causing germs and parasites.


·  8 Turning away from other people and covering the nose and mouth with a tissue or the hand when coughing or sneezing. If this is not done, droplets of liquid containing germs from the nose and mouth will be spread in the air and other people can breathe them in, or the droplets can get onto food.

1. Respect
Respect involves acknowledging someone else’s worth and doing intentional acts to show that you care about another person.
This principle of etiquette can be conveyed in manners such as:
  • Giving someone your full attention
  • Not interrupting someone when they are speaking or working
  • Dressing appropriately for any given situation
  • Speaking appropriately/not speaking down to someone
  • Not participating in unkind jokes or taunting
  • Shaking hands.
2. Consideration
Consideration means having empathy for another person and conducting yourself through thoughtful behavior when interacting with someone else.
This principle of etiquette can be conveyed in manners such as:
  • Saying please and thank you
  • Holding a door open for someone
  • Chewing with your mouth closed
  • Saying excuse me
  • Offering to help when you can
  • Staying home when you are sick
  • Being on time
3. Honesty
Honesty is the act of being truthful, acting sincerely, and acting with integrity.
This principle of etiquette can be conveyed in manners such as:
  • Not participating in gossip
  • Not lying or cheating to get ahead
  • Giving praise
  • Taking accountability for your actions
  • Settle any disagreements in a responsible and calm manner.

REQUIREMENT OF PERSONAL HYGIENE AND GOOD MANNER

changes of child. The puberty ages are between 10 to 14 for girl and 12 o 16 years for

9 Voice deepen.

MEASURES OF MAINTAINING PERSONAL HYGIENE.
1 Take a bath at least twice a day.
2 At a this time he body produce more sweat.Use good quality soap and deodorant if possible.
3 Wear the clean clothes at all time.
4 Wash soiled bedding and clothes at soon as possible. 
5 Girls should wear good quality tampons during the menstruation and changing and changing them often.


GOOD MANNERS DURING THE PUBERTY
During puberty ,people undergo emotional changes.They  may feel confused or sad or have strong emotions .their mood may change suddenly.Some people may be very sensitives or may lose their tempers easily.People also start to attracted to the members of opposite sex .Despite all these changes it is important to aim at being well behave all the time.The following measures can be help us to achieve this.
  1. Resist negative peer pressure for example, consumption of drug.   
  2. Get counseling from reliable persons .for example parent and religious leaders
  3.  Apologize in case of hurting other
  4. Do not engage in sexual activity
  5.  Respect to elders .     
  6. Involve in extracurricular activities like sport and game.
